Your platform, handled. Your people, growing.
Cornerstone is all we do. The GroveDeck engine handles the daily work around the clock. A Certified Cornerstone Expert directs it and owns every change that touches your live tenant.
You buy outcomes, not hours. No timesheet to audit, no tickets to ration. Reporting you can take to the board without a week of prep.
Where we work
Regulated environments where the audit is the deliverable, and the platform has to hold up.
Healthcare
HIPAA, OSHA, TJC, CMS. Compliance training that can't drift, clinical onboarding at scale, audit-ready records.
Government
Section 508 as baseline, Saba/SumTotal legacy that survives the migration, every change reconstructable by an IG.
Higher Education
Academic-year cadence, Title IX and FERPA compliance, faculty and staff and grad assistants on one platform.
Also: regulated and compliance-heavy organizations across financial services, energy, and pharma.
Six problems learning leaders hand us
They look different on the surface. The root is usually the same: full Cornerstone licensing, a fraction of the capability in use.
Platform ownership
Your week stops being Cornerstone's help desk. We own day-to-day config, permissions, enrollments, and executive reporting at scale.
Content development
Courses that ship in days, not months. Accessibility passes on first submission. xAPI tracking that ties training to real outcomes.
Migrations
Land on Cornerstone from Saba or SumTotal without losing your history. We stay after go-live, when the edge cases surface.
Integrations & automation
Cornerstone and Workday and SAP agree, and stay agreed. Recurring busywork runs itself inside the governance an expert set.
AI readiness
A defensible position on AI before the next board meeting. Which Cornerstone AI features earn their place, and which will pollute your skills data.
Workforce readiness
Always know who's certified, who's overdue, who's ready to step up. Board reporting that doesn't take a week of spreadsheets.
A five-stage loop, watching your tenant around the clock
The GroveDeck engine monitors your Cornerstone tenant continuously: config drift, failed enrollments, broken reports, release impact, integration health. It drafts fixes for the patterns it knows. A Certified Cornerstone Expert reviews every draft and owns anything irreversible.
See the five stagesWhen you make the case internally
Whoever signs off will ask why not a big consultancy, or why not just hire someone. Fair questions. Short version below.
| GroveDeck | Big consultancy | One in-house hire | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to first work session | 10 business days | 8 to 12 weeks | 60 to 90 days from posting |
| Coverage | Monitored around the clock | Business hours, by project | One person's hours, minus leave |
| How you pay | Flat monthly, outcomes not hours | Six-figure project fees | Full salary plus benefits |
| Cornerstone specialism | Cornerstone OnDemand only | One of dozens of platforms | Depends entirely on the hire |
| Accountable when it goes wrong | The expert who signed off | An account manager and a ticket queue | One person, who also takes leave |
Already with another partner?
We can run alongside them for 30 days, take over open work, and you move fully to us when you're ready. No data migration, no platform rebuild.
Got an admin you trust?
Good. We're an added layer, not a replacement. They keep the relationships and platform knowledge; we take the build backlog and the on-call load off their plate.
Need more for a launch or audit?
Scale up that month and back down when it's over. No requisition, no 60-day ramp, no severance when the surge passes.
Your learning mandate is too important to spend on platform admin.
Tell us what you inherited and what leadership expects from you this year. We'll tell you what we'd fix first and where AI is worth your investment. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
Contact usA Certified Cornerstone Expert, not a sales rep. Earned month to month. No multi-year contract.
The questions you'd ask on the call anyway
If yours isn't here, ask us on the call. The deeper questions live on the page they belong to — how the engine works, how we handle access and data, where we stand on AI.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
We're built to be your long-term Cornerstone team, but we don't make you sign like it. The partnership runs month to month. We'd rather keep earning it than hold you to paper, but if a longer commitment helps your budgeting, we'll structure one.
Is an AI doing the work on our platform?
Partly, and we're not coy about it. The GroveDeck engine uses AI to monitor, draft, and clear routine tasks. A Certified Cornerstone Expert directs it and signs off on anything that touches your live tenant. Nothing irreversible ships without a person. Full version on the how-we-work page.
Will this replace our admin or our learning team?
No. We're an added layer, not a replacement. Your admin keeps the relationships and platform knowledge; we take the build backlog and the on-call nights off their plate. Your learning team stays the face of the program and owns strategy. We run Cornerstone underneath and make everyone who owns it look good.
How fast can you actually start?
A free call within 48 hours. A written assessment within five business days of it. A Certified Cornerstone Expert directing work in your system within ten business days of signing. No multi-month discovery.
How do you handle access and our data?
You provision our access, you scope it, and you can revoke it in a click. Least privilege only, no standing admin we don't use. Your data stays in your Cornerstone tenant. We don't copy it out, and the AI we use doesn't train external models on it. NDA and DPA signed before anyone logs in. Full version on the trust page.
Tell us what you're being asked to deliver
A few sentences is plenty. A Certified Cornerstone Expert responds within one business day, not a sales rep. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
